Mrs. Sexton's Classroom

 

Hello.  Welcome back to school.  I am Mary Ann Sexton and I have taught here at St. Michael’s for 22 years.  I currently teach 3rd and 4th grades and the language arts in 7th and 8th grades.

 

I have been married for 36 years and have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.  My oldest daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Andy, both work at A. G. Edwards in St. Louis .  They have a 3 year old son, Dylan.  My youngest daughter, Becky, will be graduating in May, 2008 with a degree in Special Education.  Her husband, Andy, is a mechanical engineer working for Ahren Fire Protection in St. Louis .  They have a 2 year old daughter, Ali.

 

I am the Chancel Choir director of St. Paul United Church of Christ.  I also play the hand bells there.  I have been a member of the United Church of Christ my entire life.  I enjoy reading and camping and spending time with my grandchildren.
