Mrs. Sexton's Classroom

Hello. Welcome back to school. I am Mary Ann Sexton and I have taught here at St. Michael’s for 27 years. I currently teach 7^th and 8^th grades. I also am the Chancel Choir director of St. Paul United Church of Christ.

I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. My oldest daughter, Jennifer works in compliance as a broker at Benjamin Edwards Investments in St.Louis. Her husband, Andy, is a Human Resources Information Systems Manager working for Laird Technologies as a specialist in computerized HR data also in St. Louis. They have a 7 year old son, Dylan, who is in 2ndgrade in Troy and a 4 year old daughter, Haley. My youngest daughter, Becky, teaches Special Education at Staunton Public School. Her husband, Andy, is a mechanical engineer working for Firetech Fire Protection in St.Louis . They have a 6 year old daughter, Ali, who is in kindergarten at Staunton Public School.

I am the Chancel Choir director of St. Paul United Church of Christ. I also play the hand bells there. I have been a member of the United Church of Christ my entire life. I enjoy reading and camping and spending time with my grandchildren.
