                     29-         CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEKS BEGINS

                     30-         Hawaiian day- dress up in your summer attire (no swimsuits)

                                         *Scholastic book fair begins- “Luau” themed

                     31-         100th day of school- dress like you are 100

February-

                     1-           Nerd Day

                     2-           Grandparent’s day in the gym at 1:00

                                         *ART FAIR

                                         *Ronald McDonald 1:30

                                         *Ground Hog’s Day

3-          Volunteer day- luncheon for all our volunteers in the church basement at 11:30

NO HOT LUNCH WILL BE SERVED TO STUDENTS ON THIS DAY. PLEASE                       BRING A SACK LUNCH.

       7-           Great American Shakeout—earthquake drill, 10:15 a.m.

       11-         St. Michael’s Trivia Night at the KC Ballroom, doors open 6:00 pm

                     --game begins at 7:00 pm

14-                HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! Room mothers let classroom teacher know if you are sending treats, valentine exchange, no parties!

16-         7th & 8th grade BAKE SALE

17-         School Improvement Day, dismiss at 11:30

                     -NO HOT LUNCH

              -Latchkey must bring sack lunch/drink

              -Buses will run (NO AFTERNOON PRESCHOOL)

Additional comments:

-Anyone wanting to get a head start on next year and is interested in setting up an online payment system for St. Michael’s may go to the following website.

-Congratulations to our 6th grade Tiger Basketball team for bringing home the first place trophy in the Prairietown 6th grade tournament last weekend.  Way to go BOYS!!
